How to Earn GV Credit

Our GV Credit Program is very simple. You can earn Credit by means of registering, and then apply those Credit to save money on a future purchase. Here's how.

- After you receive your order, please leave your valuable reviews on our website. You'll get 1 GV credit* for reviewing one product in words, 5 GV credits in pictures / video(s)! (One product will only be given once.)

How to Use GV Credit

If you have a balance in your GV Credit Account, you can use those Credits to pay for purchases made at Gudvue.com. Just place your order and on the final order step for "Payment", please Click on the box under "GV Credits" to enter the number of GV Credits you wish to redeem (1 GV Credits = $1) and press the "APPLY" button. You'll notice that the value of the GV Credits you have redeemed has been credited towards your order. Continue the checkout procedure and at the confirmation page you'll see clearly the GV Credits used deducted from your balance in your order details.

GV Credits Program FAQs

Q1. How does the program work?

We will calculate the amount of GV Credits according to the total amount of your order. These GV Credits are added to your GV Credits account as pending GV Credits. All pending GV Credits are listed in your GV Credits account and will stay there until approved/confirmed by Gudvue. The pending GV Credits will be activated one month after shipping your order, in case of refund. Once any pending GV Credits have been approved, they will be released and your account will be credited with the value of those GV Credits ready for you to spend on Gudvue.com. GV Credits do not expire and can be accumulated until you decide to use them. You must login to your account in order to view the status of your GV Credits. During the checkout process you'll be able to pay for your order with your GV Credits balance.

GV Credits are only available to registered Gudvue members. GV Credits are only valid at Gudvue.com. GV Credits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred between members. GV Credits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash under any circumstances. GV Credits will be refunded if the order is cancelled or returned. However, if the cancellation and return are not our responsibility, the GV Credits will not be returned. When buying with GV Credits, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough in your GV Credits account to cover the cost of your purchase.
